HIIVE Rewards Program

The HIIVE Rewards Program caters exclusively to our valued guests who book accommodations at HIIVE Hotels for their companies. 

Participation in this program is entirely free and any individual responsible for reserving accommodations for individuals, corporate groups (with or without meeting rooms), or events is eligible to join.

You will receive reward points every time you book a room which can be converted into rewards.

How to redeem

SELECTION 1:

Redeem F&B vouchers at HIIVE Hotels

Points Redemption:

20 Points = One Grill & Chill Fridays – BBQ Buffet voucher worth 400,000 VND
25 Points = One F&B voucher worth 500,000 VND
50 Points = One F&B voucher worth 1,000,000 VND

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Vouchers cannot be used to redeem alcoholic beverages.
  2. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of redemption.
  3. Customers must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance to use the voucher.
  4. Vouchers can be applied to existing promotions at Zest Restaurant and/or Dzô Dzô Sports Bar at HIIVE by fusion Binh Duong and/or HIIVE by fusion Binh Duong New City.
  5. Vouchers are for single-use only and cannot be split across multiple transactions.
  6. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. HIIVE is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers. No replacements will be issued.
  8. HIIVE reserves the right to modify or cancel the program without prior notice.
  9. By using the voucher, customers agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated above.

You can redeem points with vouchers to use at more than 350 prominent brands with 10,000+ stores nationwide.

Terms & Conditions

Accumulation terms and conditions

  • Points are awarded based bookings for corporate negotiated contracts only.
  • Any bookings made through other channels (Online Travel Agents, Hotel Website, Travel Agents, MICE, Meeting & Event Planners, etc.) are not eligible for points rewards.
  • Points are awarded on confirmed & stayed bookings only.
  • Points are valid for up to two years after the stay date.
  • Membership status will be automatically cancelled if no bookings are received within two years from the start of the membership.
  • Points are only awarded for room reservations.
  • Points accrued are not transferable to another member.
  • Points can be accrued.
  • Members are allowed to carry over unclaimed points from their previous employer to any new company with prior approval from HIIVE Hotels Management.

Rewards Redemption Terms and Conditions

  • To redeem points, please complete the HIIVE Rewards Redemption Form which can be downloaded here: Redemption Form
  • Please allow a minimum of two weeks for processing of the redemption.
  • Minimum redemption is 15 points.
  • When the redemption value exceeds VND 2,000,000 – the Redeemer authorizes the hotel to pay the applicable personal income taxes.
